Every training session is guided by qualified personnel to ensure an effective and safe training.

Muscle function test

Muscle function test

The muscle function test takes place at the beginning as well as during the last training session. Each strength level is compared to individuals without spinal disorders.

Trainingsablauf

Standard training sets include 18 sessions on the machines. Each session lasts 150 seconds, 2-3 times a week. To preserve the training results, only one session each month is required.
